SEI Investments Company is hiring an Investment Operations Senior Analyst to ensure the accurate daily processing and support for our Alternative Funds. This role is central to maintaining data integrity across our fund accounting and reporting systems while collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.
What You'll Do
- Maintain loan asset master information within the Geneva Fund Accounting system.
- Review and process Bank Debt activities including pay-downs, borrowings, interest payments, rate resets, and rollovers using WSO (Wall Street Office) and Geneva.
- Coordinate information effectively between investment managers, agent banks, and accounting teams.
- Provide required daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
- Maintain static data across platforms to ensure transparency for client services and deliverables.
- Understand current solutions and recommend future enhancements for SEI's outsourcing services.
- Actively participate in project plans for solution development and implementation.
- Resolve queries, problems, and errors on a timely basis with proper documentation.
- Facilitate communication between departments in Dublin and the U.S.
- Maintain strong working relationships with external clients and internal units.
- Adhere strictly to established departmental processing procedures and controls.
- Work on projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Assist in training new team members.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years’ experience in Fund operations with a focus on Alternatives / Hedge Funds.
- Knowledge of Geneva and/or similar Fund Accounting systems.
- Experience with bank debt processing functionality using Geneva and WSO.
- Knowledge of the Syndicated or Private Debt Loan Market.
- Familiarity with various security types.
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is essential.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Visual Basic.

- Third-level qualifications in Business, Finance, or IT-related fields.
