Bank of America is hiring an Analyst - Business Selection & Conflicts within Investment Banking. This role serves as the first point of contact for potential new business opportunities and queries on ongoing transactions. You’ll work in a demanding, time-sensitive environment to manage conflicts of interest and analyze sensitive deals.
What You'll Do
- Conduct initial conflicts checks and gather relevant details for new potential business opportunities.
- Monitor business mandates and identify issues that arise following initial conflicts clearance.
- Manage deal teams’ inquiries and expectations regarding conflicts clearance outcomes and timing.
- Document and track all conflicts checks, status updates, key information, and deal documentation in the group’s database.

Nice to Have
- 1-2 years of transaction-oriented experience in a business, legal, or compliance-oriented role.
- An undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or other relevant field.

Team & Environment
This role is part of a global group based in New York, London, and Hong Kong. You will interact daily with investment bankers as well as with various functions within Investment Banking, including legal, compliance, finance, and business operations.
