Responsibilities
- Assist in executing advertising partner investment and incentive programs from start to finish, aligned with go-to-market schedules and objectives.
- Work with teams across Engineering, Legal, Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships to ensure program readiness and smooth implementation.
- Monitor project milestones, detect potential risks, and escalate issues promptly to enable timely resolution and successful results.
- Handle incoming requests and escalations related to partner incentives, providing clear communication and follow-up to internal and external parties.
- Partner with technical teams on system improvements, including involvement in User Acceptance Testing and verification of new functionalities.
- Create and maintain documentation, reports, and materials to support internal coordination and external communications with partners.
- Examine operational data to detect patterns, generate insights, and provide recommendations for improving program effectiveness and efficiency.
- Support process optimization by identifying inefficiencies and contributing to automation and technology upgrade initiatives.
