Nestlé is hiring a Senior Analyst, Financial Reporting to play a key role in analyzing and reporting our consolidated financial results. In this position, you will ensure the accurate and timely delivery of financial data for local management, the Nestlé Group, and external filings under both US GAAP and IFRS. You will provide critical support and guidance to stakeholders across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and report consolidated financial results on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for both local and Group management.
• Conduct quarterly Balance Sheet reviews, including analytical procedures and management inquiries, to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with Nestlé Accounting Standards.
• Lead and manage projects related to financial reporting and accounting operations, such as working capital analysis, impairment testing, and integration of acquisitions or disposals.
• Provide financial reporting support and guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Gather and interpret financial information to form meaningful, concise analyses considering a broad range of interdependent issues.
• Respond to inquiries from various functional areas and assist in preparing required management reports.
• Support information requests and prepare financial statement footnotes for interim and year-end consolidated financial statements for entities in scope of external filings.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities using Nestlé Continuous Excellence methodology, such as process walkthroughs, identifying improvement areas, and implementing changes through automation or process transfers.

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree with a major in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• External audit or financial reporting experience is required.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Accounting, Audit, or Finance.
• A solid understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and/or US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP).

Nice to Have

• CPA or equivalent professional designation.
• Experience with the SAP system.
