What You'll Do
Lead the development and refinement of cash flow forecasting models, including indirect cash flow calculations and free cash flow reconciliations from EBITDA. Analyze core components of working capital—accounts receivable, accounts payable, deferred revenue, accruals, and capital expenditures—to assess their influence on liquidity and financial outcomes.
Own and enhance the integrated 3-statement financial model, ensuring alignment across income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement with a focus on accuracy and clarity. Translate operational assumptions into comprehensive financial projections, improving the reliability of forecasts across monthly, quarterly, and long-range planning cycles.
Strengthen the connection between annual recurring revenue (ARR), billings, revenue recognition, and actual cash collections through close coordination with Go-to-Market Finance and Accounting teams. Produce variance analyses and management reports that clearly explain performance across revenue, EBITDA, working capital, and cash flow, supported by detailed bridge explanations.
Collaborate with Accounting to resolve variances between forecasted and actual results. Support the preparation of materials for board meetings, investor updates, and lender reporting, with a focus on cash flow trends and key performance drivers. Identify opportunities to improve modeling standards, analytical processes, and internal controls within the FP&A function.
