What You'll Do
Take ownership of key accounting functions including journal entry preparation, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close activities. You'll ensure timely and accurate financial reporting by maintaining detailed working papers and supporting documentation across revenue, payroll, prepaids, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions.
Support compliance with ASC 606 and IFRS 15 in professional services revenue arrangements, and uphold data integrity in Intacct for contract line items. Reconcile billing activity across Ruddr, Intacct, and other integrated systems, and assist with billing operations and process improvements.
Play a key role in intercompany accounting, consolidation support, and foreign exchange adjustments using Sage Intacct. Assist with reporting for international entities in India and Canada, validate transfer pricing entries, and reconcile accounts payable and expense coding across Ramp and Intacct.
Support cash application processes, sales tax compliance, and state-level filings. Prepare recurring schedules for debt, insurance, leases, and centralized charges. Contribute to audit readiness by preparing PBC schedules and supporting tax reporting requirements.
Champion internal controls by adhering to SOPs and identifying opportunities to automate manual workflows. Help refine documentation for recurring processes and support ongoing improvements in finance systems including Sage Intacct, Planful, Ramp, and ADP.
