HireHawk is looking for a Senior Amazon Operations Specialist to own and optimize end-to-end operational execution across all Amazon marketplaces. This is a strategic, hands-on role where you'll be responsible for inventory health, fulfillment efficiency, cost control, and operational performance for a global omnichannel business.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end inventory health across all Amazon marketplaces, including US + international.
- Build and manage FBA shipment plans and replenishment strategies.
- Monitor sell-through, WOC, and inbound performance.
- Manage aged, excess, stranded, and unsellable inventory.
- Audit and recover FBA reimbursements and fee discrepancies.
- Identify and eliminate operational cost leakage.
- Coordinate 3PLs, freight (LTL/FTL/Ocean/Air), and cross-border logistics.
- Ensure FBA compliance for prep, labeling, and packaging standards.
- Resolve operational issues through Seller Central case management.
- Build dashboards, reports, and SOPs to improve operational efficiency.
- Partner cross-functionally to align demand planning, promotions, and supply.
What We're Looking For
- 3–7+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central (3P) experience.
- Deep expertise in both FBA and FBM operations.
- Proven ownership of inventory health and replenishment strategy.
- Experience managing aged, stranded, and unsellable inventory.
- Strong background in FBA reimbursements and fee audits.
- Multi-marketplace experience (US required).
- Experience coordinating 3PLs and global freight (LTL, FTL, Ocean, Air).
- Familiarity with cross-border fulfillment and customs processes.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling).
- Strong Seller Central case management and escalation experience.
- Ability to audit operations, identify cost leakage, and build scalable processes.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, scaling environments.
- Fluent English with strong written communication skills.
Nice to Have
- International Amazon marketplace experience.
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite a strong plus).
