Guardian Life is hiring a Senior AI Transformation Lead – Group Benefits to set strategy and drive AI-centered solutions for our Group Benefits business unit. You will lead a cross-functional team, focusing on large-scale process improvements like claims processing and operations automation, from business opportunity identification through to deployment.
What You'll Do
- Manage AI-enabled products, from ideation to launch.
- Manage complex product roadmaps and delivery timelines.
- Lead cross-functional teams, balancing forming alliances and driving results.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and challenge conventional thinking.
- Create robust business cases to build support.
- Analyze and solve problems with an eye for data-driven solutions.
- Drive change management efforts.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience as a product manager, management consultant, or other relevant role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with superb attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior executives.
- A degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field.
Nice to Have
- Track record leading strategic initiatives using AI.
- Statistics is a plus.
Team & Environment
This is an individual contributor role that depends on marshaling and influencing large cross-functional teams. You will report to the Head of AI Transformation.
