NVIDIA is hiring a Senior AI Sales Training Specialist

NVIDIA is looking for a Senior AI Sales Training Specialist to join its enablement team. You will design and deliver high-impact workshops that empower NVIDIA's channel partners to sell NVIDIA's AI Enterprise solutions, driving success in the AI market.

What You'll Do

• Conduct weekly face-to-face training sessions for NVIDIA's customers and partners, with travel up to 80% as needed.
• Partner with NVIDIA's sales, partner, product, and technical marketing teams to ensure partner sellers can confidently position, recommend and implement NVIDIA AI solutions.
• Develop and refine sales training materials focused on NVIDIA AI and data center technologies and sales motions.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design courses aligned with company strategy.
• Listen actively to partner feedback during workshops, translating insights into actionable improvements for future sessions.
• Recruit and train internal team members to deliver specific workshop modules.
• Create delivery notes, certification criteria, and assessment materials that ensure consistent quality across sessions.

What We're Looking For

• A BS/MS or equivalent experience in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a comparable depth of knowledge.
• 12+ years of field experience, including 5+ years in sales roles supporting AI-related data center technologies like storage, networking, and accelerated computing.
• Solid proficiency with AI concepts, including Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
• Proven success guiding customers through the buyer’s journey and recommending accelerated computing solutions.
• Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills to make complex topics accessible to sales audiences.
• Demonstrated experience delivering sales training.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills in English.
• Ability to work multi-functionally across different levels of a matrixed organization.

Nice to Have

• Experience in delivering and developing in-depth training for selling audiences.
• Familiarity with the NVIDIA Partner ecosystem, NVIDIA’s software stack, hardware platforms, and the broad range of industries and use cases NVIDIA enables.
• Demonstrated expertise in Sales positions.
• Demonstrated skill in using AI tools or copilots to enhance training design and delivery.
• A master’s degree or equivalent experience in business, computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a related field.
