Hive is looking for a Senior AI Product Manager to lead our Agentic AI Pod in developing cutting-edge AI solutions that transform event marketing workflows. You will pioneer AI strategy, invent new interaction paradigms, and translate vision into an executable roadmap.
What You'll Do
- Own the Agentic AI Pod roadmap and lead the engineering team focused on building product-level JTBD agents.
- Build impactful AI product strategy by researching customer pain points, evaluating AI capabilities, and forming hypotheses.
- Invent new interaction paradigms for clients to interact with Hive through AI agents using natural language and automation.
- Navigate AI uncertainty by articulating hypotheses, validating through rapid prototyping and user testing, and knowing when to pivot.
- Translate AI strategy into an executable roadmap, balancing ambitious vision with practical implementation.
- Drive cross-functional AI alignment with leaders in R&D including Staff Engineers, Design, and Product.
- Champion responsible AI practices, ensuring features are built with appropriate safeguards, transparency, and user control.
