Remote (Global) Full-time

TheyDo is hiring a Principal Product Manager (AI)

About the Role

TheyDo is looking for a Principal Product Manager (AI) to lead and scale our AI product area. Your mission is to turn early breakthroughs like JourneyAI & Ask TheyDo into loved products that transform how enterprises manage their customer journeys. You will own the AI roadmap, increase adoption of AI-powered journeys, and turn ambiguous, early-stage bets into reliable, high-value experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Define and deliver the AI product capabilities, identifying and validating the AI features that will drive meaningful adoption across our enterprise customer base.
  • Scale prototypes into production-grade products, taking promising proofs of concept and transforming them into robust, reliable capabilities. Own the full journey from validation through launch.
  • Build the unified intelligence layer, creating a coherent AI experience across AskTheyDo, JourneyAI, and future capabilities.
  • Drive adoption and iterate based on evidence, owning AI feature adoption metrics, analyzing usage patterns, identifying friction points, and rapidly iterating.
  • Partner across Engineering, Data, and GTM, working closely with Engineering leadership and Data team to ensure technical feasibility and scalability while collaborating with GTM to understand customer needs and ensure successful rollout.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience having led AI capabilities at scale. You have defined and executed an AI product roadmap in a B2B SaaS environment, driving features from concept to widespread enterprise adoption.
  • A proven track record shipping modern AI products that customers love. You have built generative, LLM-based, or agent-driven products in production.
  • An ability to drive decisions with data, not opinions. You have a strong analytics orientation, instrument everything, analyze usage religiously, and let evidence shape your roadmap.
  • A comfort thriving in ambiguity and moving fast, with startup or scale-up experience where you created structure and clarity rather than waiting for it.
  • Strong influence without authority. You have been the glue between engineering, data science, design, and go-to-market teams, building alignment through insight, not hierarchy.

Team & Environment

You will work closely with the broader Engineering team, Data leaders and GTM teams.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Competitive compensation and pre-IPO equity
  • Fully remote working with flexible hours
  • Health Insurance benefit
  • Flexible holiday days - minimum of 25 days of paid holiday per year
  • Learning and Development budget
  • Wellbeing budget
  • Paid parental leave (6 months for primary carer, 6 weeks for secondary carer)
  • Home office or co-working support
  • Company events
  • Latest tech & tools
