Responsibilities
- Own and shape long-term product strategies that enhance user experience, drive growth, and support customers across multiple treatment areas.
- Guide initiatives from initial exploration through development and launch, ensuring quality delivery and ongoing refinement using data and user feedback.
- Detect pain points in customer journeys and work with design, engineering, research, operations, and clinical teams to create intuitive, inclusive solutions.
- Gather insights from marketing, medical, technical, and business teams to guide product direction and speed up rollout of key services.
- Translate complex backend systems into phased, value-driven milestones that balance immediate impact with future scalability.
- Evaluate and prioritize product opportunities based on business impact, user benefit, technical viability, and team readiness.
- Establish clear performance indicators for critical features and track results after launch to inform iterative enhancements.
- Partner with UX, growth, and operations teams to align goals, share context, and maintain a unified direction across functions.
- Work closely with engineering, engaging in technical discussions when necessary and making technical details accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
- Promote a mindset of testing, learning, and data-led decision-making across the product lifecycle.
- Support fellow product managers and help refine product methodologies, tools, and internal processes.
