Rasa is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of a new, LLM-powered application with a focus on HelloRasa. You will report to the Director of Product and be instrumental in transforming cutting-edge technology into an intuitive, user-friendly experience.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a primary Product Manager for our new LLM-powered application.
- Work on greenfield technology with the goal of creating user-friendly experiences, focusing on HelloRasa.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product designers, engineers, ML engineers, and Go-To-Market teams.
- Partner with Developer Relations and Marketing to shape market presence and enhance customer engagement.
- Drive product growth by leveraging data-driven analytics to make informed decisions and optimize key metrics.
- Conduct regular customer interviews.
- Enhance UI/UX to streamline interfaces and maximize effectiveness.
- Influence the new technologies and innovations Rasa is developing.
- Continuously expand your technical understanding of Conversational AI to inform product decisions.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

The product team currently consists of 4 Product Managers and 3 Product Designers. Most of the team is based in Berlin, with one member in India. You will report to the Director, Product.
