ASG is hiring a Senior AI-Native Software Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Lead significant software development initiatives across portfolio companies, collaborating directly with operating teams to create solutions that unlock new business potential.
  • Develop full-stack applications using AI-native methodologies, ensuring rapid delivery without compromising code quality, system architecture, or reliability.
  • Act as a technical advisor and leader for engineering teams throughout the portfolio, guiding improvements in development practices without formal authority.
  • Mentor and train engineers in AI-native development techniques, introducing tools, workflows, and standards that enhance both productivity and code integrity.
  • Design and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and collaborative labs to promote the adoption of agentic coding approaches across organizations.
  • Develop scalable frameworks, standard operating procedures, and reusable strategies that can be applied consistently across diverse teams and technology environments.
  • Partner with leadership, product teams, and engineers to identify high-impact opportunities where AI-native development can accelerate delivery and generate measurable value.

Team

Structure: Hands-on builder and enabler for ASG’s portfolio companies. Works across multiple operating companies (OpCos), influencing without direct authority.
