- Develop efficient, scalable workflows to transform concepts and scripts into finalized content quickly
- Optimize content for audience engagement, retention, and shareability across major platforms
- Collaborate closely with the client and team members, maintaining clear, proactive communication and accountability

- Help shape what content we create and how we present it. You think about hooks, storytelling, pacing, and what performs well on each platform.
- Create fast, repeatable systems to turn ideas and scripts into finished content. You’re always looking for ways to move faster without sacrificing quality.
- You know what works on YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and community platforms. You build content with reach, retention, and virality in mind.
- Work closely with the client and the rest of the team. Communication is key — you’re proactive, responsive, and take ownership of your work.
