About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
- Organize and prioritize incoming communications for leadership review
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings and events
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive and proprietary information
- Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal or external stakeholders
- Track and follow up on action items and deliverables from leadership meetings
- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new team members
- Support special projects with planning, documentation, and execution
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedural standards
- Handle expense reporting and budget tracking tasks
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Anticipate administrative needs and propose process improvements
- Act as a liaison during transitions or leadership changes
- Respond to inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
- Coordinate vendor interactions and service agreements
- Prepare materials for board or executive committee meetings
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Use office software proficiently to enhance productivity
- Support corporate initiatives and company-wide programs
- Facilitate communication across departments as needed
