Imagine Pediatrics is hiring a Senior Actuary Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Design and enhance internal systems to assess performance in value-based and shared-savings healthcare models, delivering actionable insights to decision-makers.
  • Utilize expertise in Medicaid payment structures and healthcare claims to support the creation and maintenance of cost and revenue forecasting models.
  • Collaborate with economic analysts to quantify client outcomes through reporting on risk scores, revenue patterns, healthcare usage, IBNR estimates, and financial savings.
  • Evaluate financial performance across patient duration, clinical severity, and resource use to guide strategic direction for executive leadership.
  • Partner with finance departments to track forecast accuracy, investigate deviations in revenue, cost, and membership trends, and explain underlying causes.
  • Support business growth initiatives by analyzing the financial viability and risk profile of potential new opportunities.
