Shape smarter financial decisions for small businesses as a trusted advisor. In this role, you'll work closely with small business owners—those with less than $7 million in revenue—to transform accounting data into meaningful insights that drive real change. Your expertise will help clients understand their financial health, identify opportunities, and navigate challenges with confidence.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of small business clients, serving as their primary financial point of contact
- Lead monthly and quarterly advisory meetings that focus on clarity, action, and progress
- Uncover financial trends, risks, and hidden opportunities in business performance
- Deliver straightforward, practical recommendations that business owners can act on immediately
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy, so you can spend more time advising and less time reconciling
- Use QuickBooks Online daily to analyze and interpret financial data
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or a related field
- At least five years of hands-on experience in small business accounting or client-facing financial advisory
- Deep familiarity with financial statements and how they reflect business performance
- Proven ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple, relatable terms
- Strong skills in QuickBooks Online and comfort learning new digital tools
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on listening and clarity

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $80,000–$110,000
