Thrive Market is looking for a Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely month-end close.
What You'll Do
- Manage the month-end and year-end financial close processes
- Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external financial reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
- Support internal and external audit requests and documentation
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Deep understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
