About the Role

Directive Consulting is hiring a Senior Account Strategist, Paid Media to be a crucial, client-facing leader for our enterprise SaaS clients. In this remote role, you will create custom strategies, manage day-to-day deliverables, and communicate performance to drive results.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee and lead a collection of Paid Media accounts, serving as direct support to client contacts.
  • Build and execute custom paid media strategies for clients each quarter.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Execute and optimize PPC advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting.
  • Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions.
  • Drive client referrals via strong relationships and your professional network.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to make data-driven decisions and maximize ROI.
  • Work directly with an Associate Director to ensure internal and client goals are achieved.
  • Manage weekly communication with vendors or operational partners for task alignment and quality.
  • Be responsible for personal productivity and utilization.
  • Travel to visit clients approximately once per year, per client or as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years experience working at a performance or digital marketing agency.
  • Experience working specifically with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency setting.
  • Deep expertise across paid search and paid social advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using advertising platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong understanding of PPC principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms.
  • Proven and measurable success with mid-market or enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to translate strategy and tell stories with data.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
