Lead Client Success and Strategic Growth
As a Senior Account Manager, you will serve as the central point of leadership for client engagements, guiding teams to deliver high-impact marketing solutions that align with client objectives. You'll shape annual strategies, define KPIs, and drive execution across digital initiatives, ensuring performance meets or exceeds expectations.
Strategic Leadership & Client Partnership
- Direct multi-client portfolios with a focus on long-term growth, strategic planning, and performance accountability
- Develop comprehensive scopes of work in collaboration with subject matter experts, tailored to client goals and market dynamics
- Lead quarterly business reviews, annual planning, and roadmap sessions to align stakeholders on priorities and progress
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities and recommend data-informed solutions that support client evolution
Operational Excellence & Team Alignment
- Ensure clear communication of project milestones, expectations, and deliverables across internal teams and clients
- Oversee project scoping, scheduling, and coordination to maintain quality, budget, and timeline integrity
- Resolve risks and issues swiftly, applying structured problem-solving to maintain momentum and trust
- Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors, managing performance, scope alignment, and quality assurance
Requirements & Expectations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Minimum of six years in account or client success management within digital marketing, technology, or web services
- Proven ability to manage revenue, forecast accurately, and contribute to profitability and growth targets
- Strong grasp of digital platforms and emerging technologies, with the ability to apply them strategically
- Skilled in presenting to executives, influencing decisions, and navigating complex stakeholder environments
- Exceptional communication skills, with a clear, confident style that fosters alignment and trust
- History of improving processes to enhance team effectiveness and client outcomes
