You will lead the full lifecycle of client relationships—from identifying new opportunities to structuring and negotiating commercial agreements—while serving as the main liaison for key partners in media agencies, digital platforms, and service providers.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage long-term relationships with key players across Taiwan’s digital media and technology landscape to deliver measurable business results.
- Develop client strategies and action plans, identifying pathways for growth through regular planning and direct engagement.
- Lead end-to-end business development: prospecting, deal structuring, onboarding, performance tracking, and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch promotional campaigns and execute strategic initiatives that align with market demands.
- Monitor industry trends and share data-driven insights with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Own and deliver against defined business targets, providing leadership within your vertical to drive sustainable growth.
What We’re Looking For
- University degree and 5–8 years of experience in ad sales, business development, or partnership roles within media, marketing, or digital services.
- Proven track record in B2B2C or two-sided marketplace models, with a deep understanding of Taiwan’s digital advertising ecosystem.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex challenges and influence senior stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, with advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with AI-driven workflows or automation in research and content distribution is a plus.
