Role Overview
We're looking for a seasoned Senior Account Manager to lead and grow key client relationships within a high-performing marketing agency. In this revenue-driven position, you'll manage a portfolio of US-based clients, ensuring campaign effectiveness and long-term satisfaction across digital channels including paid media, SEO, email, and social.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, fostering trust through consistent communication and strategic guidance
- Oversee end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, aligning internal teams on goals and deliverables
- Monitor KPIs and revenue performance using CRM and analytics platforms to ensure account health
- Deliver data-informed insights through regular reporting and lead strategic reviews to align on business outcomes
- Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and increase client investment
- Coordinate closely with PPC, SEO, creative, and content specialists to ensure seamless campaign delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years in account management within a US digital marketing or agency environment
- Deep familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships while maintaining strong retention
- Skilled at turning performance data into clear, strategic recommendations
- Experience using CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce to track client progress and revenue
- Highly organized with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client success
Work Environment
