Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts across intelligence and defense organizations
- Develop deep understanding of customer missions and technical environments
- Collaborate with engineering teams to tailor solutions to specific use cases
- Drive adoption of advanced computing platforms for data-intensive applications
- Serve as primary point of contact for strategic customer engagements
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to meet customer objectives
- Present technical capabilities to executive and technical stakeholders
- Support proposal development for government-funded initiatives
- Maintain compliance with federal contracting and security requirements
- Track and report on account health and engagement metrics
- Facilitate product demonstrations and proof-of-concept deployments
- Translate customer feedback into product improvement recommendations
- Lead quarterly business reviews with customer leadership
- Ensure alignment between customer goals and technology roadmaps
- Advocate for customer needs internally
- Stay current on intelligence community priorities and funding trends
- Build trusted advisor relationships with technical and program decision makers
- Support integration of high-performance computing solutions
- Drive customer success through onboarding and ongoing support
- Monitor competitive landscape and adjust engagement strategies
- Escalate technical or operational issues as needed
- Maintain accurate CRM records and account plans
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams on data handling protocols
- Support security clearance processes for team members
