About the Role

This role involves managing key client accounts in the financial services industry, guiding them in leveraging cutting-edge computing platforms. The individual will collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic account planning for major financial institutions
  • Develop deep understanding of client business objectives and technical needs

  • Coordinate with technical teams to align solutions with client use cases
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Serve as primary point of contact for client stakeholders
  • Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple decision makers
  • Present value propositions to executive-level audiences
  • Collaborate with product teams to influence roadmap based on client feedback
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement
  • Track and report on account health and growth metrics
  • Negotiate contracts and renewals with legal and finance teams
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in financial services
  • Support proof-of-concept deployments and technical evaluations
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment on client initiatives
  • Drive quarterly business reviews with key accounts
  • Advocate for customer needs internally
  • Monitor competitive landscape and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in client engagements
  • Leverage data insights to guide account strategy
