About the Role

This role is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with high-value clients, identifying opportunities for service adoption, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication and solution delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts to ensure long-term retention and growth
  • Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities through strategic account planning
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Negotiate and close complex sales agreements
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activity
  • Monitor customer usage and satisfaction metrics
  • Lead regular business reviews with clients
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Advocate for customer needs internally
  • Drive adoption of new products and services
  • Coordinate cross-functional support during onboarding and expansion
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Forecast account performance and revenue pipelines
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
  • Support marketing initiatives targeted at existing accounts
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical offerings
  • Facilitate contract renewals and expansions
  • Represent the organization at client events
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on customer insights
