About the Role

Jobgether is seeking a strategic Senior Account Executive to connect top IT talent with leading organizations. In this role, you will expand our market presence, drive new business, and build strong, lasting client relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email outreach, and social media channels.
  • Conduct high-quality client conversations to generate leads, follow up on marketing campaigns, and deliver tailored IT outsourcing solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop prospecting strategies and align efforts with quarterly and annual targets.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate tracking of opportunities and progress.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing actionable solutions.
  • Provide weekly sales updates, track KPIs, and report progress to ensure transparency and alignment with goals.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in IT sales or related roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business, close deals, and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, as well as marketing automation tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with innovative sales and marketing techniques.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling IT services, particularly nearshore solutions.
  • Familiarity with IT services, solutions, and performance metrics.
