Huzzle is hiring a Bilingual Sales Development Representative (Japanese & English)

About the Role

Huzzle is looking for a Bilingual Sales Development Representative fluent in both Japanese and English. You'll join Huzzle's talent pool and be matched with exclusive SDR opportunities at global companies, where you will conduct outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and book appointments for Account Executives.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct 80-100+ outbound cold calls per day in both English and Japanese.
  • Prospect via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
  • Qualify leads and book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Manage leads effectively within CRM tools.
  • Research target accounts and industries to personalize outreach.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Track and report key metrics to improve performance.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR or lead generation role.
  • Business proficiency in both Japanese and English.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to conduct effective outbound outreach (cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach).
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
  • Goal-driven, resilient, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

  • B2B SaaS experience.

Technical Stack

  • CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Sales engagement tools.
