Jobgether is hiring a Recruiter for a 6-month contract focused on full-cycle talent acquisition. This remote role supports critical G&A functions across the company, including Legal, HR, Finance, and Policy. You will manage multiple requisitions, maintain pipelines, and partner closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruiting process.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for G&A functions, from initial screening to final offer support.
- Review and evaluate high-volume inbound applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone screens to assess skills, experience, and cultural alignment, providing detailed summaries for hiring managers.
- Maintain organized pipelines across multiple requisitions, tracking key recruiting metrics.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, interview coordination, and feedback loops.
- Conduct targeted sourcing for specialized or hard-to-fill roles, while building long-term talent pools.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide regular updates, and support hiring strategy discussions.
- Contribute ideas and process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of recruiting operations.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or recruiting operations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong evaluation and assessment skills for both technical competencies and cultural fit.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
- Ability to build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and provide valuable insights into the hiring market.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable recruiting outcomes.
Team & Environment
You will partner directly with hiring managers and senior recruiters to drive hiring initiatives.
