About the Role

Jobgether is hiring a Recruiter for a 6-month contract focused on full-cycle talent acquisition. This remote role supports critical G&A functions across the company, including Legal, HR, Finance, and Policy. You will manage multiple requisitions, maintain pipelines, and partner closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruiting process.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for G&A functions, from initial screening to final offer support.
  • Review and evaluate high-volume inbound applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone screens to assess skills, experience, and cultural alignment, providing detailed summaries for hiring managers.
  • Maintain organized pipelines across multiple requisitions, tracking key recruiting metrics.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, interview coordination, and feedback loops.
  • Conduct targeted sourcing for specialized or hard-to-fill roles, while building long-term talent pools.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide regular updates, and support hiring strategy discussions.
  • Contribute ideas and process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of recruiting operations.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or recruiting operations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong evaluation and assessment skills for both technical competencies and cultural fit.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
  • Ability to build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and provide valuable insights into the hiring market.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable recruiting outcomes.

Team & Environment

You will partner directly with hiring managers and senior recruiters to drive hiring initiatives.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Contract duration of 6 months, from September 16, 2025, to March 20, 2026.
  • Remote work flexibility within the United States.
  • Competitive pay rate of $70–$75 per hour (W2).
