About the Role

Jobgether is hiring a NetSuite Account Executive to be the driving force behind our business growth. In this remote role, you will own your sales territory, work directly with prospects and clients to deeply understand their needs, and deliver exceptional value through tailored solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations, highlighting the value of business application solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process including prospecting, lead qualification, forecasting, account strategy, and planning.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and the competitive landscape.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of software sales experience.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to close.
  • Consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Highly motivated, professional, and results-driven with a consultative approach to sales.

Nice to Have

  • Software sales experience preferably in ERP or CRM solutions.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite or other ERP/CRM systems.
