About the Role

Jobgether is seeking a Senior HRBP to serve as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders, driving HR initiatives that enhance employee experience, foster retention, and support strategic growth. You will provide comprehensive guidance across talent development, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational design in a fast-paced, global environment.

What You'll Do

  • Provide coaching and leadership support to managers and teams to optimize performance, engagement, and employee experience.
  • Partner with business leaders on talent strategy, organizational design, and succession planning.
  • Develop, measure, and analyze HR metrics and dashboards to inform workforce planning and targeted interventions.
  • Support HR programs across recruitment, compensation, benefits, HRIS, learning, and development initiatives.
  • Respond to employee relations issues, ensuring application of policies, procedures, and best practices while minimizing legal risk.
  • Act as a strategic advisor on complex workforce matters and facilitate effective communication strategies across multiple levels.
  • Contribute to process improvements for scalability and operational efficiency within the People function.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold high standards of integrity in all HR practices.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources with strong HRBP expertise supporting global teams.
  • 3+ years serving as a strategic business partner with demonstrated success in HR management.
  • Experience operating within a matrix organization across multiple geographies.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance in the U.S., including multi-state considerations.
  • Proven ability to coach leaders, influence decision-making, and implement scalable HR solutions.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • High resilience and energy to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate HR metrics into actionable insights.
