Jobgether seeks a Channel Account Manager II, MSP to drive growth and strengthen strategic relationships with our Managed Service Provider partners. In this fully remote role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping partners deliver cybersecurity solutions while expanding adoption and satisfaction to achieve revenue targets.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned MSP partner organizations.
- Act as a trusted advisor, delivering solutions that increase partner adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Drive expansion and renewal metrics, achieving and exceeding quota targets.
- Support partner success by providing guidance, best practices, and strategic solutions for cybersecurity delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure partner needs are met and service quality is exceptional.
- Uphold and reinforce company culture in all partner interactions.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Partner Success, Channel Sales, or Direct Sales roles.
- Strong knowledge of the MSP ecosystem.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive partner adoption.
- Self-motivated, action-oriented, and capable of achieving results in a fully remote, high-impact environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in mid-market MSPs.
- Experience with cybersecurity solutions.

- Base salary of $90,000 and on-target earnings up to $150,000 + equity.
