Gartner, Inc. is hiring a Senior Account Executive for a field-based, direct sales role focused on client retention and growth. You will consult with C-level executives to develop and implement enterprise-wide strategies that maximize the value delivered by Gartner’s insights and services.
What You'll Do
- Manage accounts to increase customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Master and consistently execute Gartner’s sales methodology.
- Conduct account planning and territory management.
- Manage forecast accuracy on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Maintain competitive knowledge and focus.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of Gartner’s products and services.
What We're Looking For
- 8-15 years of proven consultative sales experience, preferably in high technology (services, software, or a consultative environment), with evidence of prior success.
- Strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen.
- Proven experience building excellent client relationships at the C-level within large enterprise organisations.
- Strong computer proficiency and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process.
- A professional level of German.
