Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales processes for large-scale software deployments
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in government and education
- Identify new business opportunities within public sector organizations
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to technical and executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with client requirements
- Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements within compliance frameworks
- Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline data in CRM systems
- Stay current on public sector procurement policies and regulations
- Drive adoption of digital solutions across agencies and institutions
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences
- Translate client needs into actionable technology strategies
- Manage multiple stakeholders across complex organizational structures
- Ensure customer success through post-sale support coordination
- Monitor market trends affecting public sector digital transformation
- Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product direction
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Provide strategic account planning for long-term growth
- Address procurement challenges specific to public funding cycles
- Support RFP and RFQ responses with technical and commercial input
- Build trusted advisor relationships with senior public officials
