About the Role
This role serves as a strategic client advisor and integral part of the sales organization, focused on growing business by selling professional services and software solutions centered on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
Responsibilities
- Drive company growth by applying a consultative sales methodology that highlights organizational capabilities, technical expertise, and the Dynamics 365 platform as an enterprise solution.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies by identifying required solutions and aligning internal resources to win new business.
- Lead and coordinate sales efforts using a collaborative and distinctive approach to stand out in competitive environments.
- Prepare detailed responses to RFIs and RFPs in collaboration with pre-sales specialists, solution architects, and delivery teams.
- Conduct executive-level presentations for potential clients and co-develop solution demonstrations with technical experts.
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities to support lead generation and pipeline development.
- Build and sustain strategic collaboration with Microsoft’s sales teams and lead initiatives for regional market expansion.
- Represent the company at industry events, professional associations, and technology forums.
- Communicate the organization’s service offerings and value proposition to strengthen brand presence.
- Manage sales operations and CRM systems, including pipeline tracking, account records, contact plans, and reporting.
- Collaborate with delivery leadership to ensure alignment with client satisfaction goals.
- Support marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and cross-selling across service lines.
