Drive enterprise growth across key verticals as a Senior Account Executive. You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle—from identifying prospects to closing high-value deals—within retail, restaurant groups, and thrift organizations typically operating 20 or more locations.
Your focus will be on navigating multi-stakeholder environments, engaging teams in Operations, Marketing, IT, and executive leadership to understand needs, deliver compelling demonstrations, and align solutions to strategic goals. You'll structure customized agreements, guide negotiations, and ensure smooth handoffs to implementation and customer success teams for long-term account growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end enterprise sales processes across diverse industries
- Conduct discovery sessions and tailored presentations for complex buying committees
- Negotiate contracts and design deal frameworks that meet client and business needs
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and drive upsell initiatives
- Develop vertical-specific rollout strategies to improve sales effectiveness
- Mentor junior account executives and contribute to broader sales strategy
- Travel occasionally—up to 20%—for industry events and in-person meetings
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience as a quota-carrying Account Executive in enterprise or upper midmarket sales
- Proven ability to close multi-location, complex deals independently
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Experience managing long sales cycles across varied stakeholders
- Background selling into retail or restaurant sectors is a plus
Compensation & Work Environment
Base salary ranges from $120,000 to $150,000, with On-Target Earnings between $190,000 and $215,000. This is a fully remote role open to candidates globally, with occasional travel.
