About the Role

This position leads enterprise sales efforts to develop new business within the home health and hospice industries, leveraging market insights and relationship-building to exceed revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the home health and hospice sectors
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers
  • Develop strategic account plans to drive revenue growth
  • Lead full-cycle sales processes from prospecting to contract closure
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs
  • Present value propositions tailored to specific organizational challenges
  • Negotiate complex contracts and pricing structures
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics regularly
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity
  • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences
  • Ensure accurate forecasting through CRM data management
  • Drive adoption of services within newly acquired accounts
