Shape the future of digital investing in Germany
As a Senior Account Executive for the DACH region, you’ll lead the expansion of a scalable Investment API platform by engaging financial institutions—including banks, brokers, and wealth managers—on their digital transformation journeys. Your focus will be on understanding client challenges, aligning solutions to their strategic goals, and guiding them through a seamless sales and onboarding process.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from initial outreach to contract finalization, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Develop tailored sales strategies by deeply understanding client operations, investment models, and technology needs
- Strengthen relationships through proactive outreach, industry networking, and client engagement across multiple stakeholder levels
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales tools, share market insights, and improve client onboarding workflows
- Ensure smooth handover to implementation teams with clear, consistent communication and documentation
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6+ years in B2B sales, preferably in financial services, investment platforms, or API-driven fintech solutions
- Proven success in consultative selling, with a client-first mindset and ability to navigate complex decision-making processes
- Strong grasp of investment products, securities infrastructure, and SaaS or infrastructure-as-a-service models
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience influencing both technical and executive stakeholders
- Self-driven approach to managing multifaceted projects and maintaining stakeholder alignment
Preferred Background
- Existing network or experience engaging banks and wealth managers
- Deep familiarity with trends and competitive dynamics in the German financial sector
- Fluency in German at C2 level
- Based in Germany, with preference for Berlin-based candidates
