Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles for enterprise clients
  • Develop strategic account plans to increase customer lifetime value
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging
  • Conduct regular client meetings and presentations
  • Forecast revenue and track performance metrics
  • Negotiate complex contracts and close high-value deals
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking forums
  • Drive customer retention through proactive relationship management

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or tech industries
  • Strong understanding of the German and DACH market landscape
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets consistently
  • Experience managing enterprise-level sales processes
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the region

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior success selling to mid-sized or large organizations
  • Familiarity with search technology or data-driven platforms
  • Experience in hybrid or remote sales environments
  • Existing network of contacts in the DACH region
  • Background in consultative or solution-based selling
