Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles for enterprise clients

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations
- Forecast revenue and track performance metrics
- Negotiate complex contracts and close high-value deals
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation
- Represent the company at industry events and networking forums
- Drive customer retention through proactive relationship management
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or tech industries
- Strong understanding of the German and DACH market landscape
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Track record of exceeding sales targets consistently
- Experience managing enterprise-level sales processes
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the region
