What You'll Do
In this fully remote position, you'll lead sales efforts for wedding venues and catering professionals across the United States. Using a mix of proactive cold outreach and engagement with marketing-generated leads, you’ll guide prospects through a multi-week sales cycle with a consultative mindset. Your primary focus will be building trust over the phone, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored presentations that drive conversions.
You’ll manage a dynamic pipeline, balancing shorter and longer sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders. Success means consistently surpassing monthly revenue goals and maintaining rigorous daily activity levels—including a high volume of outbound calls. You’ll negotiate contracts, follow up persistently, and close agreements to maximize profitability, all while documenting interactions and tracking progress in Salesforce.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales with a history of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Proven experience in high-volume, phone-based cold calling environments
- Ability to manage time independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and listening—with persuasive presentation abilities
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers
- Proficiency in Salesforce; experience with Gong is a plus
- Demonstrated analytical thinking to assess challenges, identify trends, and adapt strategies
- Coachable mindset with a drive to improve performance and efficiency
- Comfort working autonomously while contributing to team success
- Customer-facing experience, including events or tradeshows, preferred
