Drive new business growth in France as a Senior Account Executive with a focus on proactive outreach and relationship-building. You'll identify and convert high-potential prospects by leading them through every stage of the sales journey—from initial contact to successful close—while consistently meeting and exceeding revenue goals.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and close new business opportunities by engaging decision-makers in both French and English-speaking markets
- Build and maintain a robust, well-documented sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups
- Deliver clear, tailored presentations that address the specific needs of small, mid-sized, and enterprise clients
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client challenges and aligning solutions to their business objectives
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and outreach initiatives, with a focus on high-velocity sales
- Collaborate across internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience from prospect to onboarding
- Mentor and support fellow Account Executives by sharing insights and guiding deal strategy
- Use CRM tools effectively to track progress and maintain transparency in sales reporting
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in consultative sales, with experience managing full-cycle deals in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures
- Self-driven mindset with excellent time management and the ability to work independently
- Experience forecasting accurately and consistently hitting sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital sales tools
