Higher Logic is looking for a Senior Account Executive, Enterprise - Corporate to act as a trusted advisor and drive growth within an assigned territory. You will communicate our expertise, provide thought leadership, and identify solutions that help clients meet their most critical business outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Develop a robust understanding of Higher Logic’s products, services, USPs, and competitive differentiators.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets by driving new opportunities through outbound prospecting and working inbound leads.
- Provide technical, value-based demonstrations tailored to prospect needs and business outcomes.
- Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly bookings to your Sales Manager with diligent pipeline management.
- Work with an assigned Business Development Representative to prioritize accounts and outreach.
- Follow our sales process meticulously, tracking all activities, notes, and accurate sales stages in Salesforce.
- Lead with a value-based and consultative sales approach to sell to key stakeholders and decision makers.
- Partner effectively with Sales Engineers for technical conversations when needed.
- Collaborate with peers, product, and marketing teams in a fully remote setting.
- Provide customer voice of market insights to sales leadership, product, and marketing to help evolve GTM strategy.
- Mentor across the team and partner with sales enablement to help develop and improve sales training tools.
- Conduct all business in accordance with Higher Logic values, policies, and procedures.
