Responsibilities
- Drive the Revenue Engine: Qualify and close new business opportunities with precision, directly fueling Docebo’s ambitious growth across the SEEMEA market.
- Master the Buyer Journey: Deeply understand the prospect's needs and business drivers to articulate the Docebo value proposition with impact and clarity.
- Navigate Technical Frontiers: Confidently guide prospects through technical scenarios, including SSO, APIs, and AWS cloud hosting, making the complex feel simple.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner closely with Sales Development and Marketing teams to refine lead qualification and provide vital feedback on lead quality.
- Architect Relationships: Develop robust, trust-based relationships with key clients, ensuring they are primed for revenue-generating expansion as new features hit the market.
- Win with Data: Manage every aspect of your pipeline within the CRM, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and maintain total transparency.
- Execute with Agility: Thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can pivot between short-term sales sprints and long-term strategic vision.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in the SaaS industry in a similar revenue-focused role.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Ability to travel up to 30% around the SEEMEA region.
