Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise opportunities across New Zealand.
- Own the full sales cycle from outreach to contract execution.
- Build and manage a strong, predictable pipeline.
- Develop compelling proposals and business cases focused on return on investment.
- Engage C-level and senior decision-makers with confidence.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
- Identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities aligned to customer roadmaps.
- Lead value-led executive conversations to drive retention and platform adoption.
- Lead discovery sessions and executive workshops.
- Translate business challenges into actionable digital roadmaps.
- Position DXP capabilities in terms of measurable business outcomes.
- Support deal progression through insight, credibility, and value articulation.
- Act as the face of Squiz in New Zealand.
- Partner with regional teams to refine go-to-market strategy.
- Feed market insight back into product and consulting evolution.
Requirements
- Proven success in B2B SaaS new business sales.
- Experience growing and expanding enterprise accounts.
- Comfortable leading strategic, consultative sales engagements.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to articulate return on investment.
- Confident influencing and engaging senior stakeholders.
- Self-driven and comfortable operating autonomously in a growth market.
- Strong communication skills with disciplined CRM and pipeline management.
Nice to Have
- Background in a digital agency or digital consulting environment is highly regarded.
- Experience in government, higher education, professional services or utilities is highly regarded.
