Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors was looking for a Senior Account Executive - Client Manager

Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors seeks an experienced Senior Account Executive - Client Manager to manage and grow strategic client relationships. This role blends client-facing leadership with internal coordination, ensuring the delivery of high-value solutions and measurable business outcomes within a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary strategic contact for assigned clients, fostering strong executive-level relationships.
  • Plan, organize, and facilitate client meetings, including strategic and tactical sessions.
  • Monitor and report operational metrics related to client health, such as adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Coordinate with internal teams—including Product and Operations—to address client needs and drive improvements.
  • Assist with escalations or challenging client requests, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Drive new business growth through expansion and upsell initiatives with existing clients.
  • Manage client onboarding, training, renewals, and retention processes.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of professional experience in client relationship management, account management, or sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience managing client relationships.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills; comfortable engaging at all decision-making levels.
  • Proven success in building and growing client relationships while achieving business objectives.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, problem-solve, and work independently.
  • Adept at navigating client feedback, maintaining positive relationships, and driving client satisfaction.
  • Team-oriented, flexible, and able to perform under pressure while exercising sound judgment.

  • Competitive base salary of $130,000–$160,000 per year.
