Drive growth in global logistics by identifying and converting new business opportunities within a designated territory. As a Senior Account Executive, you'll leverage industry relationships and strategic outreach to secure long-term, high-value clients across a range of logistics services.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement a targeted business development plan aligned with company revenue goals
- Identify prospects, initiate contact, and convert leads into profitable, sustainable accounts
- Deliver compelling presentations that demonstrate value and align services with client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and key metrics to leadership
- Design and present multi-service logistics solutions that create multiple entry points within client organizations
What You Bring
- Proven success closing deals in the $500,000 to $1M+ range and consistently exceeding sales targets
- Deep understanding of international freight forwarding and supply chain operations
- Strong negotiation skills and business insight to guide client decisions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment while managing multiple priorities
- Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office, and digital sales tools
- Self-motivated with a commitment to personal growth and team success
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication abilities
Preferred Background
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Six or more years in freight forwarding sales
- Hands-on experience in logistics operations is highly valued

Base salary plus commission structure with incentives up to 6% based on performance goals.
