Responsibilities
- Engage with key stakeholders and apply technical expertise throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle, such as gathering requirements, defining application architecture, and system design.
- Contribute significantly to the development of high-level design documentation.
- Produce high-standard code outputs for designated modules.
- Lead and oversee all testing validation efforts and support implementation, transition, and post-deployment warranty activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships to uncover growth opportunities within current client accounts.
- Promote and sell new service offerings and technology solutions.
- Partner with technical experts to design and deliver innovative, high-quality solutions aligned with client business objectives.
- Provide clients with insightful perspectives and lead meaningful discussions about technology services and solutions.
- Oversee all client communications within the defined account responsibilities.
- Expand and manage existing client portfolios while acquiring new accounts in the federal government and crown corporations.
- Develop and implement Territory and Account Plans under the guidance of the Head of Canada.
- Perform market research and analyze competitor strategies.
- Prepare proposals and pitches, verify cost estimates, present to clients, and engage in negotiations.
- Collaborate with Delivery Managers to reinforce client confidence in project commitments.
- Deploy go-to-market strategies to targeted accounts.
- Partner with the Solutions Leader to tailor solution positioning for specific client needs.
- Drive revenue generation and successful delivery of technology solutions.
- Oversee end-to-end client management processes, including planning, selling, delivering, and ongoing management.
- Create detailed account plans outlining relationships, opportunities, projected revenue, risks, and vulnerabilities.
- Make pricing decisions within the boundaries of existing Master Services Agreements.
- Contribute insights for forming future partnerships with relevant technology vendors.

- Travel may be necessary based on client and project requirements.
- The position involves prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.
- Must be capable of communicating via phone, email, or in person.
- Relocation to Ottawa, Ontario may be required.
