RebelMouse is looking for a Senior Account Executive responsible for full-cycle revenue generation, from initial conversation to closed-won deals and account expansion. You will navigate complex B2B sales cycles across US and international markets as part of our dynamic, distributed team.
What You'll Do
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned revenue targets and quotas.
- Own the sales cycle end-to-end: discovery, qualification, introduction calls, technical demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
- Run high-quality, tailored technical product demos connecting RebelMouse's capabilities to business outcomes.
- Build and take full accountability for pipeline creation through targeted outbound prospecting aligned with ideal customer profiles.
- Actively prospect within your own B2B network in media, digital, SaaS, content, enterprise marketing, publishers, brands, and agencies.
- Partner with Account Development Representative and Marketing teams to convert inbound and qualified leads into pipeline and revenue.
- Partner with Implementation, Customer Success, Internal Agency, and Technology teams to ensure accurate deal scoping and seamless implementation.
- Sell to multiple stakeholders including CMOs, digital leaders, CTOs, engineering, SEO, product, procurement, revenue leaders, and editorial leaders.
What We're Looking For
- 5–8+ years as a target-carrying Sales Executive or Account Executive in B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience selling B2B SaaS solutions to US and/or international markets, navigating global sales cycles and procurement.
- Fully professional fluency in English (written and spoken) for complex sales conversations, demos, and negotiations.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding revenue quota in full-cycle sales roles.
- Demonstrated experience owning deals end to end, from outbound prospecting through close.
- Experience selling complex or technical SaaS solutions such as CMS, MarTech, AdTech, digital platforms, or infrastructure.
- High sense of ownership and ability to operate independently as an individual contributor.
- Experience with structured sales methodologies like MEDDICC, SPICED, Challenger, Sandler, or BANT.
- Ability to handle objections confidently across technical, commercial, procurement, security, and pricing areas.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a pipeline independently, not relying solely on inbound or ADR-generated leads.
- Strong forecasting discipline, CRM hygiene, and pipeline coverage management.
- Advanced expertise in sales and pricing negotiations.
- Proactive, resilient, and execution-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills — clear, concise, and credible with senior stakeholders.
- Collaborative by nature.
Nice to Have
- Experience preferably within the content management system (CMS) segment or closely related platforms.
Team & Environment
You will join a fully distributed team spanning 30+ countries and partner closely with Account Development Representatives, Marketing, Implementation, Customer Success, Internal Agency, and Technology teams.
