Lead and expand a portfolio of B2B clients in high-growth industries including Healthcare, Technology, Finance, HR, and Education. This full-cycle sales position is responsible for consistently exceeding revenue goals by managing a personal book of business and driving new business development within the events and professional learning sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure—with a focus on long-term client growth
- Develop and execute event-driven sales campaigns to meet and surpass quarterly targets
- Lead pricing discussions and manage complex contract negotiations
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM records using disciplined pipeline practices
- Collaborate on the launch of new events and support expansion into emerging industries
- Contribute to a results-oriented, high-energy team culture rooted in accountability and mutual support
Qualifications
Candidates should bring at least three years of experience in B2B event or conference sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. A bachelor’s degree is required. Regular travel to live events across major U.S. cities is expected, with all expenses covered.
- Proven ability to manage professional relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms preferred
- Familiarity with ZoomInfo or other prospecting tools is a plus
- Background working with Sales Operations teams will be advantageous
Work Environment

Compensation & Benefits
The position offers a $100,000 base salary with uncapped commission potential, leading to an on-target earnings (OTE) of $150,000. Additional performance-based bonuses and incentives are available.
