Sikich is looking for a Senior Account Executive to lead business development for our Insurance Technology consulting practice. You will work with Managing General Agents (MGAs), intermediaries, and carriers to sell outcomes that help them modernize underwriting, streamline operations, and harness data and AI.

What You'll Do

Lead business development efforts for our Insurance Technology consulting practice.
Build and manage relationships with executives and decision-makers across the P&C value chain.
Identify and close opportunities for implementation, integration, and advisory services for leading Insurtech and software platforms.
Partner closely with our delivery and solutions teams to position Sikich as a trusted advisor.
Manage the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
Expand existing accounts by introducing new services and solutions aligned with client goals.
Represent Sikich at conferences, client events, and partner forums to build market visibility and credibility.

What We're Looking For

A proven track record of selling complex, high-value consulting or technology services.
Deep experience and relationships within the Property & Casualty insurance market.
Strong ability to understand client business challenges and sell strategic outcomes.
Experience managing a full-cycle sales process, from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
Excellent communication and executive presence for building trusted advisor relationships.
