Lead the growth of an expanding Insurance Technology consulting practice by identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role focuses on advancing modernization efforts across the Property & Casualty insurance landscape through strategic selling of implementation, integration, and advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development by engaging with executives and decision-makers across MGAs, carriers, brokers, and technology providers.
- Sell end-to-end solutions for insurtech platforms, including consulting, system integration, and advisory services.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to align client needs with tailored, scalable solutions.
- Expand existing client relationships by introducing new services that support evolving business objectives.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and partner forums to strengthen market presence.
Qualifications
- 7–12 years of sales or business development experience in technology consulting or software, preferably within the P&C insurance space.
- Proven success in selling SaaS, professional services, or insurtech solutions.
- Familiarity with underwriting, policy administration, bordereaux, and core insurance operations.
- Established network across insurance carriers, brokers, and technology vendors.
- Consultative selling approach with experience in complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales.
- History of exceeding targets and building long-term client trust.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities.

Compensation
The midpoint of the salary range is $130,000. Final offers may vary based on experience, performance history, and geographic location. No equity or additional compensation components are included.
